Just coming back to the game after a long hiatus. I had this in storage. From what I understand these are collector's items now??? Anyone give me an idea on what it is worth?

Yes not particularly rare, and yours has a less than optimum inherent and horrid high req.

not all uninscr weapons are really for collectors, actually only a few are (if you compare to the amount of all uninscr weapons)

(btw don't bump within 24 hours)

EDIT: @ _Apothic_: I lol'd, that's an ICY dragon sword= IDS not an FDS, and dualmod on a martial weapon? lol again

Well.
They COULD be called "Collector's Items" because this guy: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Nicholas_the_Traveler
collects items and gives away gifts that can potentially reward an Inscribe-able FDS.

Maybe if you had an old-school double-mod version of one it would be a "collector's" version of it. Other than that I have no idea.
