Recieve Physical Dmg -2 (Stance)
Tactics +1 (20%)

mmm..generally cool skin attribute shields sells for range from 20-40k for the best skins. But +1tactic is a bit useless + stance mod isn't good also.

If u can sell it ask 20k for it....
