PC Storm bow 15/-1 OS

Can i get a PC on the following bow:

Storm bow (Q12)
+15 / -1 health degen
Oldschool

I know the req will hurt it, but can it be worth anything?

Also the following sword:

Crennelated sword (Q8)
+5 nrg
Oldschool

Stormbow I'd personaly merch, the inherent vampiric mod is only useful on single handed weapons + ranger won't use 12 markmanship or higher very often (with weakness etc).
