when will anet start the anniversary update?

Like the title said, when will be the anniversary update,
i just saw 28 april on the wiki, but what time.

This is my first anniversary, so i'm excited about the minigame beetle run.

They usually update much later in the day. It's still really early in the morning there.

However, since none of us know for sure, it's best to just be patient and wait for the update to drop.
