According to the Wiki, Zaishen Supply Masters will exchange 10 Victory Tokens for a Cupcake... but when I visit the ZSMs, they don't have Cupcakes listed.

Did I misunderstand something?

He must need an update. It's only one of them and only during the Bday celebration, so it must require a separate change.

I posted a link to this thread in the update thread.
