PC on bow and some other items

I've had a max rq 8 storm bow with 20%/20% sundering and +30hp for a while, but not sure what it's worth. Any advice would be helpful.

Also, can I get a pc on:
exilirs of valor
battle commendations
diamonds
lightbringer scrolls
saphires
onyx

I can post a pic of bow if needed.

P.S if the pc on craft materials is not allowed, can a mod pm me and i'll close thread and make another.

-What is the inherent mod on the bow (or is it inscribable)? Other than the sundering and fortitude, is there another mod? It makes a big difference. Post a picture if you're unsure of what you're looking for.
-For crafting mats and the scroll, go to Kamadan (I'm assuming you've got this unlocked given the other items) and look at the prices the NPC's will sell for.
-Battle Commendations aren't really worth anything. Look here for how to get the most value for commendation: http://www.guildwiki.org/Battle_Commendation
-Not sure on the elixir.

PS: If you're not sure if the rules, I'd highly advise reading them.

Like marty says. If the bow has no inherent mod like it seems now.. its merch/maybe 10-20k from a collector of non-inherent bows!1111
