I have 5 stacks of mischevious tonics for your festive title.
2 points per tonic.

These aren't technically spammable, but easy to spam if you go to Guild Hall, quad click (if you click 4 times fast you actually use 2 tonics instead of one), leave Hall and quad click. Keep repeating and you quickly go through a stack for 500 festive points.
