DVD not working?

I have LG's DVD... that game (DVD) is working on my laptop but not on the computer. Is here any way to copy that from laptop--->comp? I've got pendrive with 7,4GB, but game has 7,8GB :/ Any way to make parts of that DVD's copy ? I need to install it on my comp, not laptop...

If both laptop and desktop are on the same network you can transfer that way. If not, it's not hard to set them up so they are.

The actual install should only be about 4.5 gigs or so, so once you've installed it on the laptop, you should be able to use the pen drive to copy the entire GW folder to the desktop computer. Once you've copied it to the desktop, simply run gw.exe to "install" it. (You may need to right-click and select "Run As Administrator")
While you're at it, right-click on gw.exe and select "Send To" >> Desktop (Create shortcut).
Btw, once you've got the shortcut you can add "-image" to the Target line to update the entire program. Search these forums or ask here for details on that.
Btw#2 - you don't actually even need the DVD to install GW (you just need the access key). You can just download the client from the GW website and run it. After you install it, you can do the right-click on gw.exe thing to make a shortcut and then use -image to download the rest.

Hmm, actually that's a good point. Gw.dat should be around 3.8GB - if yours is really double that, you have a seriously bloated .dat!
All your Guild Wars folder needs contain is gw.exe and gw.dat.
