Hello ... does anyone else have Code=034 and Code=013 ? I have 3 hours since i cant login... is Anet working on servers or something?

I have same problem but they are saying american districts aren't having the problems...which is wierd cuz i am From california but i am in euro guild (Because Euro's Can actually pvp.) But i log in to euro everytime now so idk if it is the just the Euro Servers...WTB Server select on character select. Scrub Anet.
