Zaishen Mission: Blood Washes Blood

Hey I'm new to the forum and I did look around a little bit for this answer and didn't find much, but if I missed something really obvious just let me know. I'm new.

So I had been playing through the EOTN and got through the Norn side of the story, and today the Zaishen Mission was the one of the Norn quests, Blood Washes Blood. So thinking I've already done it once I can do it again and I took it. But when I went to go do it there were no Charr to be seen anywhere. If I already beat it does that mean I can't do it again for the Zaishen Mission?

Like I said I'm fairly new so bare with me, I appreciate any help

For the ZMissions in EotN, you'll need to pick up the actual mission from the scrying pool too, not just the Zaishen part. Did you do that?

You can repeat quest no problem, but it must be triggered.

Remember where you had to defend the shrine of bear spirit where all the Vaettir are in Jaga Moraine, you must go back to that shrine and grab Mission from there to retrigger it, portal is then right next door and it will start Blood Washes Blood.

I believe you will need to take the quest from the Bear form in Jaga Moraine

Go to that altar, capture it, and take the quest

You don't need to take the quests from the pool to be able to do them again. Just need to activate the quests while you are in the explorable. For this one you have to cap the shrine.

yeah you just need to activate there in map trigger

I explained what you have to do earlier up in this thread. Do not understand why you have been told to go scrying pool for this missions/quest.

If you go to the scrying pool and select "I seek guidance", you can select any of the missions that you have already completed. This replaces having to find the npc that you originally got the mission from. So both options are valid.
