I'm using the Mo/W Halcyon Job Farmer build from gwpvx, and it works great, but there is just one problem. Every now and then, the Luxon Assassins are able to somehow get past my enchants and kill me in less than a second. This usually happens when I have balled them all up. I keep a real close eye to my enchants and they are always up. My question is, why are my enchants failing from time to time? Did the Assassins get an update where they have an enchant remover?

And sorry if this is in the wrong section, I wasn't sure if this should go here or in the Builds section since I don't think the problem lies within the build.

I haven't done this for years but if you go too far forward it spawns a lot of different Luzon classes that are able to kill you. The Luxon Assassins have no way to kill you, it might be lag or just enchants dropping without you realizing it.

Dark Apostasy removes enchantments?
undead living
none of those are it. if they're getting removed when you're fighitng just assa. its because your casting order. sometimes if you use SH or SoA then PS it bugs. SH/SoA reduces dmg then PS takes it down to 10%. so before every cast of SH or SoA cast PS .

Cast in this order: PS, SH, SoA, repeat.

Ahh, thank you very much undead living and MisterB! I noticed I would get in the habit of casting SH or SoA before recasting PS because those two are the ones needed to keep a close eye on, never knew it would be lethal!

You are welcome. In case you or anyone else is interested in an explanation of the effects in addition to the solution, please refer to the following links from the bug forum.

Note that Stoneflesh Aura behaves in a similar fashion as Shielding Hands: the casting order of those skills and Protective Spirit determines the order of the effects.
