Just got the game, and got scammed.

Basically, my zaishen keys were scammed away from me from another player telling me I was using his points to spend on the keys and deliver to him. I gave him the keys I used my own complimentary points to buy, and I reported him after finding out my own error. Is there any way to reclaim my keys? I took screenshots of our entire chat.

ArenaNet do not return items stolen via. scams. Sucks that you got hacked but you should use your judgement and not blindly trust everything that people tell you.

You can send the screenshots to Guild Wars Support and probably get the scammer banned.

I had the same situation when I rolled my now-deleted elementalist through Prophecies and some guy tried to scam me. I decided to go along with it as long as possible and see how many screen shots I could get before he found out I had no more keys. I sent a report with screen shots and they simply said that they can't do anything about scammers and people not knowing the current market price so nothing happened to him.
