req 10 dom bo staff, non inscribable, inherent mod is HCT 10% all spells. Obviously 20% HCT on a specific attribute is considered the most valuable, but I was wondering if that mattered as much on a mesmer staff since a mesmer has fast casting.

Well, the 20% means you can have a 20/40 staff, but since domination is also a pretty useful attrib, i'd say this one is about 10-20e

Ye, think a friend sold his q12 one for 70k or so. And honestly, on many attributes (domi being one of them) 20\10 is more useful then 20\20. 20\20 prices just comes off rarity which is a chapter of it's own.
