Easiest way to get cash?

So Im trying to get monuments at the moment, mainly the weapon and armor ones and I noticed while I have most of the materials needed to get the armor I definitely lack the cash needed. I was wondering what would be a easy way to get money in this game be it farming or what not. At the moment my main is a Ranger but I also have an assassin, though i really have done almost nothing with him. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I apologize if this has been asked to no end, tried the search function and nothing seemed to pop right out.
