It can drop obsidian blades, and i think voltaic spears and then any FoW weapon that you could get from a normal chest in there. Not sure if there is anything else.

There are hundreds of them. It's not a "random" one though, you cannot get say an outcast shield from the FoW chest.

IMO the most expensive things out of that chest are Obsidian Edges, Voltaic Spears, and Draconic Aegis (I think, someone confirm this).
