Been getting mixed messages from people about a 15 armour 8 tactics req shield with perfect fortitude mod and inscribable slot. Was told these forums were my best bet to get a definate PC on it.

If blue: 10-15k but such a hard sale that I'd merch it

Gold, and depending on skin it might be different

Since it is gold you might get 15-20k - lately even max r8 16ar shields are hard to sell though
