PvE: New Player Looking for Guild

Hey guys
My name is Alex. I have owned Guild Wars for a while now but haven't really been able to play much cause of my old crappy computer. I'm getting back into it now. As stated, I would consider myself a new player and I am looking for a guild to join that will be friendly with me. I am interested in both pvp and pve and I don't wanna join any clan that just does one of em. I have a mic so I would rather be part of a clan that uses teamspeak or something. Just a side, my voice is not fully matured. I live up in the US. To be specific, US Eastern (GMT -5). I don't wanna join a guild that the majority of the members live on the other side of the world.
