I can load my characters...get to an outpost/city...but cant leave---stuck on loading (tried it with 3 different characters in 3 different places)....and wiki isnt loading either.

Im getting very random loading issues. Got stuck loading in a SoO team going into Arbor Bay, logged into another char, could go out of kamadan and back in fine, but tried to change district and stuck loading. So weird.

In all seriousness, these kinds of problems are incredibly difficult to diagnose and fix. I feel for the guys over at ANet that have to resolve these issues, and I hope they get it hammered out quickly.

Im just waiting for a monthly GvG tournament to be crippled by this stuff. Its been occurring on and off for weeks now. "IF" you can log into the game at all, the american servers are fine, its ONLY the euro servers which are affected by this. But it needs fixing desperately, the game is getting unplayable, and for things such as AT/mAT which are non repeatable, its pretty dam frustrating for the players involved.
There has already been numerous dailly AT's where every single euro guild has had to forfeit. Only 2 days ago there was a C AT with about 20 guilds in it, 19 euro teams and 1 american. After round 1, guess what? 19 euro teams forfeit and the 1 american team didnt.

I've had code 13 and such last months too.. Disappointing to have to wait 3 hours to play again

Today I can't login to characters that are in euro district of Temple of Balthazar/RA(Which most of them are)... On my other account I had to wait 5 minutes to get in, just to get 70k ping, but I was able to find a pve( euro pve outposts didn't seem to have problems) and go to american districts, from there had no problems connecting to Balth temple.
It seems I fixed it in my main account by doing the same thing..
It's just a bit annoying to have to do this though. Specially since it took a while to figure out it was only euro districts that were't working :/. Sometimes got into euro RA outpost, then never connected once I started a battle.
