Sorry if this is a thread that gets made alll the time. I am in the market with around a 1500$ price limit but I may be able to go 2-300 higher if I have to. Do they make good laptops? I know when I used to be in to pc gaming(2years or go or so) they pretty much did not.

Yes there are pretty good gaming laptops around.
The point is, that gaming laptops are far higher in price
than what you get if you buy a desktop computer.
I have the ASUS G73SW and I am happy with it.
But of course: it is heavy, nothing to really carry around, and so on and so on....
