What would you guys do.

First off if this is the wrong spot( I dont think it is) I am sorry. I have not played gw in about 1-1.5 years due to personal reasons. I was way excited to get back in to it. I forgot my password and all so I contacted support when reset did not work. Turns out I got hacked by gold sellers and banded . I was taking with support when I got an email and told me to register and help.ncsoft.com and now they quit emailing me back?!?!? I dont want to but if its the only way I can play ill rebuy it but man I am going to lose everything. If they had to I could deal with wiping all my char and stuff incase the gold sellers left stuff on it. But I really dont want to lose my titles..there not much compared to what most has but I worked hard for them..What I am trying to say is would you rebuy it or wait for another email or what? I was going to call them but I cant find a number....

Wait a few more days (can take up to a week for a reply at times). If you hear nothing back, then send them another email, and remember to mention you have a open enquiry that has not been responded to.

It could be that it was the weekend? They will get back to you soon. They got back really quickly for me but was during the weekdays.

this all happend on a monday. I emailed them on a sat. that day they send they were sending the email to someone higher up. They contacted me on a monday for my info access keys and that stuff. later than night they sent me the email to make the account. Nothing since then.

Ha I checked my email again and there it was. so this thread can be closed or what ever
