Celestial Shield is kinda special, and impossible to accurately price check. IMO it can be anything in between 30 and 150e.

150e for a dragon shield... lol.
30e+ ... don't ever expect anything near 150e, vs dragons is only a novelty and most don't like -5 20% 10 vs shields. -2 Stance or -2 Enchant is preferred even though this really has no use.
S1 could get 50k range.

Thank you all for your input. I'm sad to see that the prices on these have dropped so much... and am shocked to see how worthless elemental/runic swords are!
