PvP: newbie lf gvg guild

Hello,

I'm looking for a guild that will work with me and show me the ropes since this is all new to me.

I have been playing GW for nearly 1.5 year. I have done much of PvE and casual PvP like Random Arenas and Alliance Battles. I prefer to play monk as I feel its my strongest class and enjoy it the most. I'm interested in joining a guild that helps new PvP players get in the game or just a mentor in PvP. I'm willing to learn and follow directions.
