Im really looking hard for these items in the game at the moment. I need the thing to be R9 if possible but not essiential, I do however need it to be inscribable. I'm willing to pay whatever its worth + a little more.

they only excist in divine, u can't make inscriptable versions of these to be healing/prot
and i think i got a scepter
