I've came across a couple of these while chest running, but none with good mods. Best I got was q9 Spawning, Resto +1 (19% chance).

So could I get anything for a Jug like that, or should I only bother if it's a 10/10 or 20/20?

If its single mod your not going to be getting much for it. It would have to be 10/10 or 20/20 to be hitting triple figures really but things like 10/+5^50 20/+5ench will all claim a pretty a penny. Max dual mods in jugs will always have some value
