Initially i wanted to merch it cos the req of 9 Divine Favor is not used in Smiting builds i think.
But, i thought i can check here anyway.

well. smite bulds aren't used often except for JQ and FA ofcourse, from what I've seen, monks do spec a few points into DF but never over 5.
nevertheless.. you usually will be casting or dodging or running the carriers or w/e so that wouldnt matter..

then again people who play jq and fa often use pvp characters

so, conclusion: merch
