PvX Fairly Newby Looking for a Home

Looking for a guild to help along my trek in GW. End goal is to find a group of good peeps to carry over to GW2 with.

What I am looking for in a guild is
- The typical good, respectful, mature kind of place.
- Am preferable to an age limit, adult oriented is my preference. Being 30 yrs old I have lil patience for immaturity which I don't think is an issue in the current GW community. Having been in DDO, WoW, and Rift I've had my fair share of kiddo temper tantrum x5, with GW2 I would prefer a guild that will put a limit on age acceptance considering bout every knucklehead will be out n about in GW2.
- Teamwork, I would love to be able to do group activities instead of soloing.
- Intrests in both PvP and PvE without being a hardass on either.

Bit bout me...
- MMOer of some years ranging from WoW to DDO to AoC to EVE to Rift Beta. Done my fair share of raiding and frankly done with the gear chasing.
- Tired of the P2P MMOs and of your typical Themepark MMO, looking to finally settle down with GW in prep for GW2.
- American so am intrested in NA time activity friendly guild.
- I'd prolly be more focused on PvE than PvP really atm, considering all the titles n what nots in HoM that can keep one busy for quite some time. Eventually would like to branch out to PvP which still have a lot of learning before that happens also.
