I just started playing an old character a bit more, and I noticed that Dwarven Stability seems to round down to the nearest whole second when calculating durations.
Example: r8 Dwarven Stability gives 91% increased duration.
Used with dash (3s, 8s CD). The total effect time is timed at 5s, not 5.73s. This would indicate stances only last for a whole number of seconds, rounded down. Can anyone confirm, or is my testing lag-afflicted?
Less-Than Maxed Dwarven Stability Duration Rounding?

It has always been that way unfortunately :/
Dwarven Stability doesn't give fractions, nor does it round up in its calculations. You could theoretically have a stance that should be boosted to idk, lets say 10.99 seconds but instead only gets pushed to 10 seconds.
Long story short, Dwarven Stability ALWAYS rounds down. Always has been that way, and it seems like it will stay as such.
