I'm having problem with bad graphics
blaster336
Hey guys,
yesterday I when started playing the game there was no problem, but...
(picture 1)
When I played like an hour or 2 the login was like this( I took a pic with prt scr but it gave the same as above, so I took one with my ipod.)
(picture 2)
Also , if I just make it a bit smaller the graphics are normal. So it's only in full- screen.
Can anyone help me pls?
thx

Looks like overheat.
Check temps. Clean fans.

If the screenshot was fine, the graphics card was rendering the image correctly but the monitor wasn't displaying it correctly.
I'd be looking at a dying monitor myself.

It looks like a screen shot from a blurry CRT screen. If it is a CRT (that is, not an LCD) then it looks as if the focus circuits are going. It could just be heat, but I suspect that it will get progressively worse. However, it may also be that a small tweak to the focus controls might help. If it's CRT monitor, look to see if there is a focus or High Voltage control on the rear. I wouldn't suggest opening it up as you need to adjust it while it's running and CRTs have lethal voltages inside.
If it is an LCD, perhaps the brightness controls are spazzing or the backlighting is getting overdriven.
Either way, it's not good. It's only a matter of how bad or if it can be offset by adjustment.
Edit: there is still a possibility that the video card could be the problem, but it would have to be fault in the very last stages of the output circuitry.

Sigh.
Bet you a dollar your monitor still dies

If a screenshot still looks ok as he says, i would bet on that too. If you can switch monitors and see if it still happens. If you don't have one see if you can borrow one.
To op: are you sure it's not just a bad camera?

Actually, if it was the monitor, it could have been the result of excess humidity or ambient temperature, or dust or some other environmental condition that may or may not happen again.

I'm just grumpy because all our expertise was foiled by a simple re-install. I call co-incidence

(might I suggest editing that 2nd pic---unless you put in bogus character and account info).
