PC on a Gloom Shield

Hi all,
Just started playing again after a few years, and found a gloom shield in UW:

16 armor - req 10 str
+28 hp
-2 dmg received in stance

i really have no clue about pricing, i saw another one that was priced at ~70k but that had +30 hp and 9 req
