Unable to connect to ANet

Oddly enough, last time I logged on was maybe 4-5 days ago or so. Everything was perfectly fine.

Now, when I attempt to launch the game, a popup appears that says:

"Unable to connect

Guild Wars is unable to connect to the ArenaNet network. Please verify that your internet connection is working, or try again in a few minutes."

My internet IS working, and I tried it also at my friend's house, in which it doesn't connect either. Any advice/suggestions/help, please?

That happened to me a week or so ago... I just waited and then it suddenly worked again. Don't remember how long I waited though, not more than a day anyways, maybe just long enough to restart my computer, it's worth a try anyways.
