paper fan is still r8 with 1 perfect mod, so I wouldn't merch. highly desired skin so...
no idea about the price though.

q9 75-100k+ good for high set for ele's

r8 paper maybe around 10k, I'd merch
Plagueborn 50-100k. Cool high-set but 10% is shit tbh.

But the plagueborn is 10% recharge, not casting and it's ideal for all specs. You just need to find someone who likes to carry handfuls of goopy body-parts around. 75-85k

Fan, 5-8k. It's a fan, but it's still a single mod.
