If You Were in Charge of Skill Balance for a Day....

Ok here's the situation. Anet puts you in charge of skill balance for a day. Pick any 1 up to 3 skills (pve, pvp or both) you would like to change.

Please respond in the following format....

This change won't effect the monsters/creatures of Guildwars, only the players who like to complain about SF.

Shadow Form (PvE) - Don't use it if you don't like the skill and don't team up with anyone who uses it. Problem solved.

Reasoning

To get across to players that no one is forcing them to use the skill or forcing them to team up with anyone that uses it. It's just like the players that complain Eye of the North skills need to be taken out of the game because they are two powerful. Again no one is forcing them to use them.

The players that usually complain about Shadow Form or skills like it are doing so mainly because they see players who use it solo farm high-end areas to get high-end items then selling the items making a lot of money from it.

So they think since they can't also solo farm high-end areas with their characters since none of their characters are assassins, they don't use/have the skill or they just don't know how to control the build in combat and are stuck in areas that will drop items maybe only worth 1k at best, that all players shouldn't be allowed to use SF by having it taken out of the game or making it so underpowered it basically becomes useless.

Original : Preparations in general taking a two second casting time.

Changed : Preparations now act as a flash-enchantment skill and the duration lasts a minute on all condition wielding preparations. This is only available in PvE but retains original casting time and recharge for PvP.

Reason : I get lazy playing my ranger and stopping almost every twenty seconds to reapply another preparation. You fire your first arrow and then everything's already dead by then if your heroes aggro.

Changed : If four or more skills are used on a bar in PvP that is currently in Meta on PvX Wiki your skill recharge for those skills add on an extra two seconds per Meta skill. There is no effect on three skills or under for your Profession's Meta build.

Reason : One day change ... why not have fun with it?
