Hello forum,
Just wanted an answer to a fast question. I recently recruited a friend into Guild Wars and it has taken her about a week to get to level 12 but I have already gotten to 20 in this same amount of time.
What's the fastest way for her to get to 20? Should I make a new alt and help her more or simply go onto my main and help her that way.
Thank you for your help in advance
I'm 20 she's 12.

Does she have all the campagins including Eye of the North?
If she can get to Gunnars Hold in Eye of The North and do Fronis Irontoe's Lair a bunch of times than she will get level 20 in less than 15 minutes. I do it all the time.

Wow... The title of this thread sounded way less innocent than the actual contents....
Anywho, depends on the campaign. XP is hard to come by in Prophecies, so do quests. (Or jump to EotN.) Factions and Nightfall will get you to 20 just working through the main storyline. In that case I'd suggest going back and redoing a few missions/primary quests with her.

on topic um...a lvl 20 is way more beneficial to get a low level leveled up than a low level. Just take her along as you play the game through the missions and she will get there in no time.

Im with Chthon, i thought this post was going to be a bit disturbing, couldn't help but open it, i beleive the best way to level is just do the campaign, it really wont matter if you use an alt or your main, I know doing the campaign (any campaign) isn't the fastest way to level up, but you're getting two things done at once which makes it a lot faster.

If she is completely new to Fantasy Role playing games and MMORPG then perhaps letting her play GW at her own pace, emerging herself in the story-line, discovering things for herself may be more beneficial to her.
Of course if she is already a seasoned MMORPG veteran then by all means help her character quickly level up.
Creating a new alt will give a more team effort feel to venturing with her than would, say, "running the show" with your main.

Lol 79 views within an hour. If she doesn't have EOTN then yes, I suggest going through it again with her on an alternate and maybe using XP scrolls to help her level up faster.

lol im sure most ppl clicked on your thread to tell you how sick you are lol....
but on topic the quickest way to get someone to lose interest in a game is give them everything they want and rush them threw it..... i would just stick to assisting that person with whatever she happen to stumble onto on her own...

It takes around 85,000 experience points to reach level 20 from your friend's location. Playing the game normally will net that xp amount in no time.
Seeing that the question has been answered several times already and half the posts here are commenting on the thread title, I think it's best to shut this thread down.
