PvX Noob LF Guild US Time zones.

I'm looking for a Guild that is Helpful to new players, Good Mature people that know this is just a game and comes second or third to Life and other stuff, Has some kind of Voice Chat for the Guild (I prefer Ventrillo but will work with just about any thing), And is very excited about GW2 and will move to Guild Wars 2 when it comes out.
I plan to have my Collectors edition (If there is one) of GW2 ready on day one. (I am sure I will be to sick to go to work that day :P )

I've played GW for about 2 months, I have yet to finish any of the Campaigns. I keep getting stuck in them at different places. lol.

I am playing mostly PvE, I'm a bit intimidated to try out the PvP aspect with little to no skills unlocked. But I do Love PvP, I plan to run it a lot when GW2 comes out.

I've played a lot of MMOS but I was getting tired of the Pay to Play games.
So looking for something new I noticed Guild Wars 2 and decided to try GW and see if I can get some of the HoM items for GW2, and it turns out I actually like this game .
Just that it can get boring playing by my self, and it would be good to have some actual help other than the Wiki, It doesn't always mention every thing. Real players are always better than Hench Men and Heroes, and some of the Bonus parts of missions are very hard to do alone.
