Back in the day, this unique green shield was worth a mint, and for some unknown reason, people still try to flog them for 30k or more even today, which given that Tanzit is a pretty easy farm solo even HM in the Furnace surprises me. Now as to "worth", you may well find people who will pay the kind of sums people offer them for, so I suggest keeping an eye out in Kama, sometimes people seek them, and those are the ones who will pay a goodly amount.
