Before GW comes to an end with the beginning of GW2, i would like to thank Anet and their staff for the great game created and support rendered.

There have been threads after threads of whining and complaining as i felt sometimes, are pretty immature. Its time to show some appreciation to Anet.

I had played GW for 5 years + with my 6 year Mini coming out next month, let see what surpise is installed for me

GW had always being my venue to put all my troubles away. After I graduated from university, i was jobless for a long time (1 year), sad, frustrated very depress, and faced financial difficulties and luckily there is GW. I launched GW and I totally forgotten all the troubles that I had.

After I found a job and started working there are tons of stress coming in, luckily there is GW as well to provide me with a venue for escaping from reality, haha.

Being a programmer myself, i could fully appreciate the magnitude of this game and all the hard work that was involve in making this game and maintaining it. The price to pay just to play the game with all the fun and therapeutic effect it offers is totally insignificant.

Sorry for poor english, i m not an englishmen

THANK YOU ANET!

Also Gaile (if you are still around), thanks for helping me getting my account 3 years ago due to my account been wrongly banned. I remembered and appreciated it.

Glad to see some positive feedback instead of the usual whining

I hate to break it to you, but there is no 6th year mini, you'll get an everlasting tonic instead

I thought WoH got a buff...

Anyhow... ArenaNet is to be congratulated for making a game as fun and as immersive as Guild Wars. Also for providing opportunities to meet and become friends with people all over the world. Not to mention ability to troll WoW dudes.

gw ftw

It's nice to read a heartwarming story once in a while. Unfortunately, I don't think we're going to get any actual discussion here.
