Is this q13 shadow blade worth anything?

Q13 is too high, usually 15% unconditional is used for PVP and mean that only war can use it..so i say merch food.

Dunno bout price but don't merch it..

Doublevamps can be used whatever req.

i don't even get what you are trying to say, but for everyone in gvg/ha it has a suppose not gonna explain why becuz that has been mentioned like 5 times on the forum.

People don't just want them for PvP, some people use a dual vamp if they are getting AFK runs or w/e and they need to die (I know they can use a single vamp, but when I used to speedbook I saw quite afew people using Dual vamps).

I wouldn't merch it either, some collector may want it.

1. That is far from "unconditional".

2. What those are used for has nothing to do with the requirement. They are used in PvP to suicide - when a party is about wiped it speeds up the party respawn so they kill themselves. At least that is how someone explained it to me.
