It's a low dmg without any req staff with 20% HCT, 20%HRT
A strange piece indeed, if it reduces 20/20 on all spells and can be be furted modded it way be worth something..... but it's missing an inherent and as thus i'd say merch food.
But salvage mods first tho.

missing inherent? its actually wand, not staff, and got 2 mods - wrapping and inscription.
idk worth it something or not, and better give us a piccture in english...

I don't know how these mods will work with no attribute on the item. Presumably they wouldn't work at all in which case it's worthless.
Salvage the mods which are worth a fair bit and unless there is an avid collector of non-requirement Dragon's Breath Wand I'd sell it to the merchant.

I agree with Bsoltan. The mods were probably added afterwards anyways for the Screenshot as none of them drop maxed on blue items (especially not in noob areas where non-attribute weapons drop in NM)

Apart from that, it is obviously am elongated Whitebread Dragonsouflé and not a dragon breath wand.. no one would beleive that silly name would they?
