I've heard q8/16 shields can go for quite nice amounts, even blue ones. Since this is a single mod one I'm not sure if it has any value.

merch the only ones that go for good amounts blue are inscriptable ones for +30 and armor +10 mods

Just to confirm this is only worth anything to the merchant unfortunately.

If it had been inscribable it would be worth something but without perfect mods it is worthless.
