Low Req Shields

Hello again.

I'm just wondering if these low req shields are worth anything.

I've read some can be worth quite a bit due to PvP.

Goldleaf Defender of Fortitude(Purple)
Req7 Command 11 Armor
Inscription: 20% reduced cripple
+30 hp handle

Reinforced Buckler(Blue)
Req 2 Tactics 9 Armor
Armor+5(Vs. slashing damage)
no handle.

Edit: Yeah they're worthless, shouldn't have made this thread I'm sorry,

90% of all pvp shields are tactics...

for req7 max is AL 15...
merch this one.


i guess for AL9 max is q1?
i dunno...

Those worth to pvp are:
16/8, 15/7, (and very rarely 15/8 but 15/8 is actually fail)
