q12 healing prayers healing ankh uninscribable gold max with

19% of +1 to healing prayers when using skills and

armor +10 when below 50% hp

bit high on the req i know but i thought it might be worth a pc. any suggestions?

im pretty sure its merch yes. (not 100%). 10 armo <50 is pretty useless and healing is 1off. its also req12...
