Getting to 50/50 HoM

How long would this take for someone who started with no money at all? I'd really like to get there, but if it's going to take me a painstaking amount of time I don't even want to bother.

if you dont already have many points and no money, then yes it will take a LOT of time

If you try hard, I think you could do it in 3-4 months, probably less. But this would include alotttt of hardcore farming.

Maybe I just wont bother then...

I'm willing to work and all, and that last title seems very nice. But farming for days on end just doesn't sound like something I would like to do.

If you have the money you can get 45/50 in a few days.

I don't have any money, but just out of curiosity; how much money would I need for this?

1000k+ for the Zaishen title (unless you plan to actually go for a proper PvP title).
1000k+ for Obsidian armor.
~280k for Vabbian armor.
~175k for a Tormented weapon.

That's the most expensive stuff. There's also things like minipets which will add up as you'll need 50 to fill out the monument. If you're a new player and don't have any minipets from birthdays, it'd be probably 100-200k if not more all up.

It wouldn't be days on end farming, but you'd have to really learn the better farms. You can easily make 100k/day with HM DoA, you would just have to ride the learning curve fast.

Reason why people who actually get 50/50 can be proud, everyone isn't supposed to get there by just playing the game for a couple of months.

Could always aim for 30/50 if the titles aren't worth the effort to you.

If you already have the games I would go for it. I went from almost nothing to 49/50 titles in about 6 months by playing very casually. If I would have planned out the titles better it would have gone quicker..

Maybe I will just go for it, It wouldn't hurt to get at least 30/50, if not for just the armor that I hope looks sweet.

Yeah, I'll just tap into my inner masochist and drudge through some of that farming. For a greater prupose.

make a sin(or even mes nowadays) find a good guild that does alot of uw(also they should be helpful)doa, and alot of the other meta farming. and do the zaishen elite trap or w/e at least once per day for zkeys, and in 6 months if u actually got a zkey per day(more than 1=winning).....jus do the math on that one lol

It wouldn't be hard. Party title can be farmed easily over xmas. Using the SD quest. Could probably get the Glad title pretty easily now. However, yes learning DOASC would help to get zaishen, party, sweet, and alcohol titles.

All the other titles are super easy to get. Just takes time. As I am currently working on another GWaMM char I would be more then happy to help you work on vanquisher, guardian/prot, and skill capping.

Due to work I don't currently play as much as I used to and I go on vacation for 2 weeks on the 21st but message me anytime before or after that and if I am able we can work on titles. Might also be able to help you with some points for titles.

yeah there is nothing past 30 but titles--no new ingame stuff....so getting 30 should be pretty easy (and not too expensive since you can skip things like Fow armor and vabbi armor)....some of the white minis are pretty easy to get and cheap. if you do the nic weekly stuff you have a tiny chance at getting a gold mini (and if you do the war in kryta stuff another small chance at a gold mini from the gifts or a drop).

so I would try for that (I have a mule account that is already to 13 and hasnt even finished a chapter yet ).

Yeah, thanks guys. I'll just do that. Get to 30/50, and since we can just wear our GW1 titles in GW2, I might just go get GWAMM instead. :P
