Argos Soft Dress Up

I don't know if this has been raised yet or before I had a quick look but couldn't see anything current about it.

Argos Soft is a website that has a couple of gw related "tools" to aid players..
They have a price checker and Vanquish number counter and vow very recently a GW Dress Up program.

Now from what I can tell the Dress Up program is an altered version of texmod. The .exe runs after gw does to load textures onto the character.

Are these programs considered ok by anet? Are they modding anything other than IG graphics etc?

I think the question is coming up a lot at the moment as a lot of guilds/allies are using the price checking system.
