It was flagged for authorisation by the forum software. Since it's just a QQ it would more than likely be locked within a few hours anyway.

Often times posts made with certain key words, or in certain sections etc. get flagged by the forum software if a person has <10 posts. It's an "anti-spam" measure. You wouldn't be the first to get caught by it. If you notice posts you make aren't showing up, PM a moderator so they can review them.
