Help!

Hi,

I quit gw a while ago but i found out a colleague at work was still playing it so i wanted to relog again.

It seemed my account got hacked so i did the whole procedure with ncsoft to retrieve my account.

When i finally was able to change password and log in, my account was empty... I didn't mind my storage was emptied but i did found it a problem all my fow armors, chaos gloves, equiped high end weapons & sup vigors were gone...

I asked ncsoft to restore the items etc but they said they never refund...

I'd like to restore at least my ranger and warrior's chaos gloves so this is my post where i say i'll gladly accept any support given.

No one here can help you.
NCsoft handles the support for the game, but they are not the developers, merely the publisher. So they have no power to restore lost account items.
They can restore lost accounts (given adequate proof is supplied), but they do not have any control of anything in-game.

Meh, unlucky, but this happened to a friend of mine and we just gave him enough to get 1k armour and a basic weapon set, as that is all you need to play this game.

You don't go from nothing->Obsidian armour.

Anet support has always had a blanket statement in this instance,they Can not restore items
