Inscribable, forgot about that. No mods, but the inscription is Highly Salvageable.

um i would say merch... that skin is so common now. i have atleast ten of them on heros. it is a nice skin though. all of my hero monks are using casters. died silver they look hot. but still not worth 10k... unless you just value all r9 inscribable weapons at a base of 10k for core value.
