Hi I have an odd Jellyfish Wand and I don't know if it has any value.

I was going to merch but thought to check first.

Req 11 Fire Magic
Halves Skill recharge of Communing spells 20%
Halves Casting time of skills 10%

Any thoughts are apreciated.
