One thing I wish for is customizable guild positions in the guild. Right now there are only 3...Leader, Officer, Others.
One problem I see with this is the fact ANYONE in your guild can do GvG with henchmen, since guilds have ratings a single player can go in there with henchmen lose 5-6 times and through your guild rating into the crapper.
We need customizable ranks. What they can do, etc.
It'd also be awsome to have a guild bank where players can donate to it and players with certain permissions can get things out of it, etc. With the new bank changes coming (where you can put gold into it) this would work out nicely.
This system could be used to assign players who could wear the cape, access the guild hall, etc. Maybe a leader wouldn't want initiates to get their cape until they are made a full member.
It could also be used laster on in future expansions. Say they make it guilds could have vendors, it would set permissions on who could use what, etc.

I don't know... If you find a guildmate has been going out there with henchmen and losing that often there are a few solutions you'll have.
Maybe it's just me, but I think that this sort of mindset would avoid most issues. Granted, by that time the damage, so to speak, is done. However, the last idea would seem to prevent most of that damage.
Just my two cents worth here.
- Ask them not to do that
- Remove them from the guild if they continue
- Don't invite people you don't think you can trust
