Quest progression

Hey,
I sorta left for a little while as I was messing around at the Great Northern Wall. Since coming back I've completed that, done Fort Rurik and Diessa thingamabob. So now I'm left with one quest: "Althea's Ashes". This is the only quest left that I can seem to find, I'm also under the impression that this is in an "optional" area. Is this correct, and where do I go from here to carry on with my toon. He's a lvl 11 Necro doing Prophecies Campaign. I really want to get at least a couple more (on top of the free three) points for the Hall of Monuments.
Any help, as always is appreciated.

Altheas's Ashes is indeed a secondary optional quest. The next primary quest after the Fort Ranik mission is Ruins of Surmia given by Warmaster Riga in Frontier Gate
