PC on guild with guild hall

The guild has no members at the moment. It's a Kurzick guild with no faction points. Guild hall is stock standard on the Isle of the Dead.

Also, what is the best (and safest) way to transfer ownership?

I see people having hard times "giving" their guild away for free so I don't think theres much interest for this.

also I've never done such a thing but I'd think you make him officer promote him to guildleader. accept payment (there can be 2 guildleaders right?). leave. (ithink.......)

This is hard to do for two reasons :

1. The name of the Guild.
2. The tag of the Guild.

My 2 cents. What's the chance for someone to like your guild name/tag ?

When ppl make a guild they want it to have a name they invented, and I don't think it's easy to sell guilds either..

Someone offered me a free guild months ago. He had a GH and a bunch of npcs(don't remember how many) but it was around 100k worth of npcs. I managed to sell for 30k after a lot of convincing. It's a hard sell thats for sure

Just sold it for 20k. It took a lot of declined offers before it finally exhanged hands, though.
